AME Community Services has many opportunities in the Metro area and Wright County. We are currently hiring for Direct Support Professionals to support and serve individuals with disabilities. Direct Support Professionals support people by assisting people to achieve their long and short-term goals. This position is flexible, fun, fulfilling. For full-time positions AME offers full-time benefits and the ability to earn 4 weeks of paid time off per year. AME provides at least 30 hours of paid training upon hire. Experience is not a requirement. Our hours vary, but mostly consist of evenings, weekends and overnight positions. During normal day-time hours the people we support are often at school, work or a retirement program.

Experience is not necessary. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age, have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a criminal background study and motor vehicle report.
